SolsNet always tries to warm-up intellects of its team members. In this regard we were sent to an interactive learning session couple of months back. There we met with various brainy people and Rennie Dhani was one of those who inspired us on-the-spot! He communicated his website design needs with us and that’s how our voyage with another client started.
The live wire of Agincourt Learning, Rennie Dhani is an intellectual personality who has a clear aspiration in life to help out students-no matter where are they from, what is their age and how their milieu is. We have interviewed various personalities but there are very few of them who knew the answer of every question already, and Rennie is undoubtedly one of them.
We unfolded the conversation by asking about him and with a self-assured smile he answered “I’m a humble, hard working teacher who prides myself on helping students of all ages reach their full potential.” He further shared with us that he is 100% satisfied with what he is doing because he is living his aim of ‘helping students!’
Most people believe education is a dry field and it’s tough to be happy about it. We asked the same to him “I am really satisfied because I see my students and their parents happy. This is a reason for sheer happiness to me too.” he proudly claimed and we admired his hard work and determination to the work he is doing. During interview the most interesting part came up when we got to know about his interests. Yes, Rennie’s interests were different and contrary to his personality. “Four days a week I do Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Martial Arts and Weight Lifting. I am also an avid WWE fan.” he told us with a big grin on his face. We discussed about his favorite WWE stars for a while and during conversation we had a chance to know about the inspiration in his life, Richard Morgan Fliehr, an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Ric Flair. After few minutes of discussion about it, we shifted our gears to check his outlook about technology. He gave an example to describe the significance of technology to him “Since 2000 we have introduced computers in the learning process, we were one of the first or the first learning center to have computer available to students. We now have online courses for students of all ages.” We have got truly inspired by his brief but solid answer. He also shared the bits from his past and pieces of the future. He wanted to be an astronaut when he grew up but came into education field and now he sees himself helping students worldwide even after 5 years. We wished him the fulfillment of his dreams and moved ahead to wrap up our session. We asked what he learned from life and it was truly energizing to listen about his version of life “Life is about the living. We have to go through many stages. Hard work leads to success. Be humble and patient. Don’t ignore you health.”
It was so nice of him that he did not forget to mention the work SolsNet has done for him “We wasted thousands of dollars with 2 former web design companies. Then we discovered AJ, and SolsNet, who were very reasonable and helped us build a workable site. We will continue to use SolsNet for all our marketing and web needs.”
Thanks for trusting us Rennie. Good luck for your future endeavors; you are gem of a person!
