The talented lady, Katherine Tyeshia Chatmon is the founder of Bridg3 Financial Boutique. She is someone who has always understood the struggle and pain of making ends meet, the goal of helping other people learn more about managing their finances successfully resonated strongly with her and inspired her to do more. For her seeing hard-working, genuine people struggling to make ends meet, working multiple jobs simultaneously just to afford basic bills, made her realize there had to be a better way to live. And so, she made it her mission to study everything she could about the world of finance.
Now, years later, she is more determined than ever to make a difference. What advice do you have for kids of this time and age?
In life, the most important thing is to do what makes you happy.

What makes you smile and what scares you the most?
Helping people makes me smile, and the darkness scares me.

What is that one food item that you can eat daily?
I can eat grapes daily.

What’s an alternate profession you choose for yourself?
Becoming a college professor would be an alternate profession for me.

What is your greatest strength?
Resilience and persistence are my greatest strength.

Do you love what you do and why?
I absolutely love what I do, because I get to help people succeed with their finances. It’s a wonderful feeling when people trust you with their delicate financial situation.

Where do you see yourself in the competition?
Wherever I am the most useful.

How do you balance your work and private lives?
I work a full-time job and run my own business. I set my hours and do not work outside those hours. I schedule time for fun activities.

What if you could be a famous person or celebrity who would you be and why?
I wouldn’t want to be a famous person. It seems it would get annoying to constantly be bombarded by paparazzi or someone invading my personal life.

What is your pet peeve?
Having to constantly repeat myself.
